Coastline Digital Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company (doing business as “RefiRateFinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates RefiRateFinder.com (the “Site”). RefiRateFinder is a comparison and referral service. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator. We help connect visitors with third-party mortgage lenders, brokers, and other financial service providers (“Partners”) who may be able to assist with refinancing or home equity products.

2. Information we collect

When you use the Site, we may collect:

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, property ZIP code or address, loan type of interest, estimated credit range, homeownership and mortgage details, and any other information you enter into our forms.
Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and general location inferred from your IP address, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: we may receive additional information about you from analytics providers or marketing partners to help us operate and improve the Site.

In plain terms: when you submit the form on this Site, your information is sent to one or more of our lending/brokerage Partners so they can contact you directly with offers. Lending and brokerage Partners who may contact you about refinance or home equity products based on the information you provided
